Bank imports and budgets
Recognition, merchant classification, budget allocation and recurring-payment suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review each operation against the bank original; verify totals, duplicates, transfer pairs, refunds and credit-card payments. Balancing a statement does not prove every category is correct. Estimates are not your available bank balance or professional financial advice. Unsupported formats are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions, autopay and reminders
A repeated charge does not establish an active subscription or an obligation. “Autopay” is your record of an arrangement already enabled at the bank or provider; Planmerry neither authorizes nor initiates a debit. Check actual contracts, amounts, renewal dates, cancellation terms and payment status with the provider. In-app reminders appear when you use the app; calendar reminders depend on your calendar settings. Delivery and completeness are not guaranteed.
Recipes, allergens and shopping
Recipes, shopping lists, portions, quantities, nutritional or dietary labels and ingredient substitutions are informational suggestions and may contain errors. Check the exact product label every time, confirm each guest’s allergies and dietary needs and assess cross-contact. An absent allergen flag is not a guarantee of safety. The nine major US food allergens are milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame; other foods can also cause reactions.
Food preparation
Cooking times depend on ingredients, equipment and conditions. Follow authoritative safe handling, storage and internal-temperature guidance and use a food thermometer where appropriate. Consult a qualified clinician for individual medical or dietary advice. Do not serve food if you cannot establish that it is suitable for the guest.
Other planning tools
Dates, travel estimates, locations, event suggestions and task reminders can be inaccurate or change. Verify bookings, opening hours, addresses and deadlines with the relevant provider. Third-party names or images do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

These disclosures explain limitations; they do not excuse unlawful conduct, remove mandatory consumer protections or guarantee immunity from claims.
